Privacy Policy   

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy 

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges.
The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. All returns must be authorized through We will not accept any unauthorized packages by any other shipping vendor.

Special Orders

In order to satisfy special customer requirements, it is occasionally necessary for us to place a Special order. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all special orders in addition to the standard return terms.

Canceling an Order

If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the return instructions once you receive the package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.If you submit an e-mail, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it ships. We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, by replying to your original e-mail. 

ReturnsWe will issue a credit to the credit card on file within 15 business days of receiving your product. If paid by check or money order we will issue a refund check within 20 business days of receiving your product. Return Shipping and handling charges are non – refundable. Not including the return form in your package will delay processing your return up to 60 days. 

No returns on special orders, parts, weights, gloves, belts, dumbbells and plates. 

There will be a 20% restocking fee for products that are returned and reserves the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the product is returned in damaged condition, or if all contents of the product are not returned. 

Most orders will be processed for fullfillment within 48 hours and delivered within two weeks. You will receive an e-mail receipt of your order within 24 hrs. Please note that in some cases orders may take longer to process and deliver depending on item availability and when the order is placed. If you request cancellation of an order we will make every attempt to stop the processing or the delivery before it ships. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.  


Orders for custom made products, such as new parts, weights, used, serviced and remanufactured products that are made to order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed even if the products has been shipped or not.  All sales are final. All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. These types of orders may have an extended delivery time.

Remanufactured Equipment

AKCESS International ships all used, serviced and remanufactured fitness equipment in working order and is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. Normal shipping time is between 2 to 3 weeks. Ship date depends on status of refurbishment at time order is placed and can take up to 4 weeks. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks to receive equipment. You will receive a tracking number along with freight company website to check the status on your delivery. Any cancellation attempts  after the order has been processed or refusal of a product for any reasons including damage is subject to a 20% cancellation fee and all shipping charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.  IF ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS. THIS WILL ALLOW US THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP YOU REPAIR/REPLACE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AT YOUR LOCATION AND TO AVOID YOUR RETURN FEES. will do everything possible to assist you. If the product is returned to us, it must be in the same condition received along with packing material. If it is not in the same condition, you may be charged for additional services to restore it to original condition.
